Role Overview The Director, Product Management, Data owns the data strategy, governance, and analytics foundation for the organization, closing one of our most critical gaps to scale. Reporting into the Operations organization within Agentforce Operations (formerly Regrello), this leader is accountable for establishing trusted datasets, unified metric definitions, and consistently high data quality across the entire customer lifecycle. Central to the role is a data-as-a-product mindset, treating datasets, metrics, and pipelines as products with clear owners, well-defined internal customers, and a managed lifecycle, so that leaders across the business can self-serve trusted answers rather than wait on a central team. As both a builder and an evangelist for product management, the Director defines the vision and operating model for how data products are delivered, pairing industry best practices with hands-on execution to move the organization from reactive reporting to proactive, insight-driven operations. They own a prioritized roadmap for data products and platform investments, making deliberate build, buy, and extend decisions after assessing the existing Salesforce infrastructure, then connecting, extending, or building the integrated, value-driven analytics capability the business needs to operate and grow on a scalable foundation. Beyond the platform itself, this role pioneers net-new AI agent capabilities and ensures the data foundation is AI- and ML-ready, so that agents and models can act on data that is trustworthy, well-governed, and fit for purpose. Success depends on partnership. The Director works closely with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Tech, Operations, Finance, and GTM to align on strategy, proactively manage risk, and build the relationships that turn a data vision into durable business impact. The Director is also accountable for the success of the data products themselves, defining and tracking adoption, usage, trust, time-to-insight, and ROI to prove and grow their value over time. This is a unique opportunity to be a driver of change, shaping the direction of the company's data foundation. Key Responsibilities • Data Strategy & Vision: Define and execute a holistic data strategy aligned with broad business scaling goals • Data Quality & Governance: Establish standard governance models, define single-source-of-truth unified metric definitions, and drive high data quality across customer lifecycle touchpoints • Documentation & Discoverability: Improve data documentation, architecture transparency, and platform discoverability across teams • Value Measurement & Lifecycle Management: Measure the business value of data products, managing data tools and platforms through their end-to-end lifecycle • Infrastructure Assessment & Team Building: Conduct an initial comprehensive assessment of existing Salesforce data/analytics infrastructure vs. what needs to be connected, extended, or built, and build/lead the Data/Analytics team as necessary • Reliability & Data Contracts: Establish data contracts and SLAs for critical datasets, defining freshness, availability, and reliability standards that consumers and downstream AI systems can depend on • Trust, Privacy & Compliance: Safeguard sensitive and customer data through robust access controls, privacy, and regulatory compliance, ensuring the data foundation is secure and trusted by design • Data Literacy & Adoption: Drive data literacy and change management across the organization so teams confidently adopt and act on data products rather than simply receive them • AI & Agent Enablement: Build and govern the AI-ready data foundation that powers net-new AI agents, and define, curate, and maintain the library of agent skills and actions that let those agents take trusted, automated action across the customer lifecycle Qualifications: • 8–12+ years in Data Product Management, Data Strategy, Analytics, or Enterprise Governance , with a track record of driving data capabilities at scale. • Strong analytical and technical acumen , with a demonstrated ability to evaluate complex data architectures and lead central data functions across functional boundaries. • Deep familiarity with the Salesforce product ecosystem , architectures, and integrated data and analytics capabilities. • Proven track record in data governance and metric alignment , including defining single-source-of-truth frameworks and establishing high data quality across the customer lifecycle. • Strong product lifecy
