The CSCP organization is responsible for traditional supply chain functions such as plan, source, make, deliver, but also manages supportability (spares), sustainability, and decommissioning of datacenter assets worldwide. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond. #CSCP #CSCPJobs Responsibilities - Own the silicon forecast to foundry for short-range and long-range horizons on a set planning cadence with internal teams, engaging external partners in forecast reviews. - Manage the backend forecast to OSATs for short-range and long-range horizons on a set planning cadence with internal teams, engaging external partners in forecast reviews. - Secure capacity against the forecast and oversee capacity allocation using key optimization metrics in alignment with internal teams. - Partner with product engineering, packaging, test engineering, demand planning, finance, and quality to develop plans, drive alignment, and support critical decisions. - Build and maintain planning models to analyze scenarios and proactively address supply challenges and gaps. - Extract valuable insights from scenario analysis and present strategic options for informed decision-making. - Prepare and present execution plans to the capacity council, ensuring smooth execution through the NPI phases and into production by releasing execution signals. - Support business transformation efforts by scaling supply chain processes using new planning tools and systems. - Serve as the primary planning interface with foundries and OSAT partners for capacity ramps, schedule adjustments, and expedited requests. - Drive supplier delivery and monitor capacity performance; conduct business reviews and maintain supplier scorecards. - Manage supply chain resilience by designing and implementing dual-source supply strategies across OSAT and substrate networks to mitigate supply risks. Qualifications Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Analytics, or related field AND 7+ years supply planning, operations, supply chain, indirect supply planning, technology-related supply chain, sourcing and manufacturing, Sales & Operations Planning, materials requirement planning systems and tools, quantitative & qualitative analysis in cross functional or organizational enterprise environment, or related experience- OR Master's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Analytics, or related field AND 5+ years supply planning, operations, supply chain, indirect supply planning, technology-related supply chain, sourcing and manufacturing, Sales & Operations Planning, materials requirement planning systems and tools, quantitative & qualitative analysis in cross functional or organizational enterprise environment, or related experience - OR equivalent experience. Other Requirements: - Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements is required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screening: - Microsoft Cloud Background Check. This position is required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire or transfer and every two years thereafter. Preferred Qualifications: - 10+ years of experience in semiconductor supply chain, production planning, materials planning, or manufacturing operations. - Proven experience in working directly with foundries, OSATs, and contract manufacturers involved in wafer fabrication, assembly, packaging, and test operations. - Proficient in managing large datasets with proven analytical skills to drive actionable insights. - Deep understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, yield considerations, capacity planning, allocation, and cost structures. - Expertise in using ERP/MRP systems and advanced analytical tools such as SQL, SAP IBP, and Excel for planning and forecasting. - Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or relevant field required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred. - Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence decisions across engineering, sourcing, oper
