As we scale across hundreds of locations, data is becoming central to how we operate and grow. About the Role We are hiring a Data Engineer / Data Scientist to help build and own Gameday Central, our unified data platform that brings every system into a single source of truth. This is a senior, hands-on role. You will architect and build the data infrastructure and pipelines that power the platform, then turn that trusted data into analytics, reporting, and predictive models that drive decisions across the organization, with a strong emphasis on marketing and multi-location performance analytics. You will report to the Chief Strategy Officer and partner closely with engineering, marketing, and leadership. Key Responsibilities Data Engineering & Platform • Architect, build, and maintain scalable data models and pipelines in Snowflake to power Gameday Central and downstream analytics. • Design and manage Snowflake warehouse architecture, including schemas, virtual warehouses, roles, and resource monitors. • Develop complex SQL queries, views, and transformations. • Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines and data integrations across source systems (such as Electronic Health Records System, GoHighLevel, and payments). • Optimize Snowflake performance and cost efficiency (query tuning, clustering, workload management). • Ensure data integrity, governance, and security compliance across the platform. Analytics & Data Science • Build and analyze trend reports based on department-level KPIs across Finance, Operations, Sales, and Marketing. • Measure marketing performance, including campaign ROI, funnel analysis, attribution modeling, and customer segmentation. • Analyze location-level and same-store sales performance, retention, and churn across the clinic network. • Develop forecasting and predictive models to support business growth. • Support AI and advanced analytics initiatives. • Design, develop, and enhance data visualizations and dashboards across our reporting systems and tools. Collaboration & Enablement • Partner cross-functionally to translate business requirements into data solutions. • Identify automation opportunities and improve reporting efficiency. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field. • 6+ years of experience spanning data engineering and analytics or data science. • Strong hands-on experience with the Snowflake platform, including: – Data warehouse design and architecture – Advanced SQL development – Data modeling (star/snowflake schemas) – Query performance tuning – Role-based access control (RBAC) • Proven experience building and operating ETL/ELT pipelines and data integrations. • Programming proficiency in Python (or R) for data processing and modeling. • Marketing analytics experience, including: – Digital marketing performance analysis – Campaign attribution modeling – Customer segmentation and lifecycle analytics – Funnel and conversion optimization • Experience working with large, complex datasets in a cloud-based environment. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Must be a U.S. Citizen. Preferred Qualifications • Multi-unit or multi-location retail, franchise, or services experience, with a strong understanding of same-store sales analysis and location-level KPIs. • Background in healthcare analytics, including churn, retention, and patient lifecycle metrics. • Experience with AWS or Google Cloud. • Familiarity with Snowflake features such as Snowpipe, Streams & Tasks, Secure Data Sharing, and Time Travel. • Experience with ETL/ELT tools (Fivetran, dbt, Airflow). • Experience with predictive modeling and machine learning (Python/R) and AI-enhanced workflows. • Knowledge of A/B testing and experimentation frameworks. • Experience integrating data with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar).
