Job description

As a Lead Field Service HVAC Controls/BAS Technician here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support and service for HVAC control systems and building automation systems (BAS). You will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our systems, while also leading a team of technicians to deliver exceptional service to our customers. You will report directly to our Service Manager and you’ll work out of our Indianapolis, IN location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact customer satisfaction and operational efficiency by troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving complex HVAC control issues, while also mentoring junior technicians and ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
