Line of Business: EPOCH LLC Job Description: The Senior Business Analyst will focus on enabling practical AI capabilities on the EGRC ServiceNow platform to streamline workflows, improve consistency, and enhance decision-making while staying aligned to risk appetite, governance standards, and regulatory expectations. Plans, manages, leads and oversees the end-to-end delivery of requirements throughout the lifecycle of the project in alignment with the business and/or enterprise needs and strategies.
