Job description
Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years. ABOUT THE JOB: The Forge Portal is a net-new platform within ArsenalOS that enables external stakeholders such as suppliers, partners, and subcontractors to do business with Anduril and execute workflows at the speed we require. Internally, it serves teams across quality, supply chain, buyers, finance, and procurement. As Technical Program Manager for the Forge Portal, you will bring structure, visibility, and disciplined execution to the program. You will coordinate multiple engineering and stakeholder teams across the systems the Portal touches — MES, QMS, ERP, PLM, and WMS — along with the product, business, and external partners it depends on, and give them the planning, tracking, and communication scaffolding they need to deliver without introducing process that slows them down. This role requires enough technical fluency to engage credibly across systems, enough business judgment to keep work aligned with priorities, and the ownership to impose order without waiting to be told how. WHAT YOU'LL DO: • Own the execution framework for Forge Portal initiatives, translating ambiguous work into clear scope, plans, milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, and measurable outcomes. • Coordinate the product managers, engineers, business analysts, subject matter experts, and functional partners across quality, supply chain, buyers, finance, and procurement — along with external stakeholders such as suppliers — whose contributions are required to deliver. • Maintain a reliable, current view of the Portal's portfolio in a single system of record, prioritizing work against business need and keeping commitments visible. • Identify risks and cross-system dependencies early, drive issues to resolution, and escalate decisions with clear context and recommended paths forward. • Partner with engineering on integrations across the systems the Portal touches, sequencing work and data flows so they land cleanly. • Translate technical activity into concise business-facing reporting that communicates delivery health, measurable impact, and prioritization trade-offs to leadership and stakeholders. • Establish and run lightweight operating cadences for planning, status, risk review, decision-making, and launch readiness without adding unnecessary bureaucracy. • Facilitate documentation and knowledge transfer so decisions, dependencies, and assumptions remain accessible and durable. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • 7+ years in technical program management, technical project management, systems delivery, or a closely related role. • Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional technical projects with responsibility for scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, stakeholder alignment, and outcomes. • Technical fluency across enterprise systems such as ERP, WMS, MES, PLM, or QMS, with the ability to hold credible conversations about architecture, APIs, integrations, data flows, and delivery trade-offs. • Proven ability to create structure and accountability in fast-moving, ambiguous environments while using lightweight practices that preserve team speed. • Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking capabilities, with the ability to develop fact-based recommendations. • Strong reporting instincts and excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate technical work for business, technical, and executive audiences. • Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies, including portfolio visibility, dependency tracking, risk management, and status reporting. • You run your programs AI-led — you've replaced manual planning, tracking, reporting, or documentation work with AI-enabled workflows, and you use modern tooling to move faster than traditional program management allows. • U.S. Person status is required, as this position may need access to export-controlled data. • Ability to work in-office full time at HQ and travel to operational sites on a limited basis. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Experience supporting product or platform teams that serve both internal and external users. • Experience delivering initiatives across enterprise platforms such as ERP, WMS, MES, PLM, QMS, or procurement and finance systems. • Experience in manufacturing, quality, supply chain, aerospace, or defense environments. • Experience in hyper-growth, startup-like environments, balancing speed, ambiguity, and long-term operational health. • Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance. US Salary Range $166,000—$220,000 USD The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
