Minimum Qualifications: 3 years of professional experience building production systems spanning both backend and frontend. 3 years of professional experience in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, HTML5, and modern CSS/styling frameworks, with a solid understanding of state management and component lifecycles. 3 years of professional experience developing backend APIs and microservices using Java (Spring / Spring Boot) or Node.js/TypeScript. 3 years of professional experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs, along with working knowledge of relational or NoSQL databases and basic SQL query optimization. BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field. Preferred Qualifications: Experience writing automated tests (unit/integration) and using modern build/source control tools (Git, Webpack/Vite, npm/yarn, CI/CD pipelines). Understanding of responsive web design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG / semantic HTML). Ability to debug and reason about issues across the full stack, from network layer to UI rendering. Demonstrated proficiency using AI-assisted development tools to accelerate design, coding, testing, and debugging workflows Experience building accessible, internationalized web applications Experience with event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or equivalent messaging platforms) Familiarity with distributed systems concepts: consistency, fault tolerance, and failure modes Exposure to performance optimization — both backend (caching, query tuning) and frontend Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative team-first mindset.
