Strategy and Execution: Lead and execute integrated marketing campaigns tailored for Retail and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), aligning with regional business goals. Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Sales, regional marketing, and agency partners to translate account insights into targeted campaigns and executive events. Program Management: Develop project plans, track milestones, and manage channel execution to ensure seamless program delivery. Campaign Optimization: Manage and optimize full-funnel assets—from digital and paid media to sales enablement—to drive pipeline and measure program impact. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 4 years of experience in business-to-business (B2B) marketing, demand generation, campaign development, or program management. Experience managing project timelines, marketing budgets, and agency partners. Experience executing multi-channel campaigns across the customer lifecycle, and partnering with cross-functional teams. Experience translating technical concepts or industry insights into narratives for business audiences. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in B2B marketing within the Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), or enterprise technology sectors. Experience coordinating multi-channel integrated campaigns across paid media, email, digital events, and sales outbound, and utilizing CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo) for campaign tracking. Experience executing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) tactics (1:1, 1:few, 1:many) to drive account engagement. Experience leveraging AI tools and automation to streamline marketing workflows, derive campaign insights, or enhance sales enablement. Understanding of B2B growth models, demand waterfall mechanics, and lead management. Ability to navigate cross-functional environments, manage shifting priorities, and collaborate effectively with sales teams.
