Please note: Candidate flexibility is needed - the project may extend past January 31, 2027. Work is largely remote. Purpose Perform significant data entry related to the processing of undergraduate and graduate admissions applications with a primary focus on high school transcripts. Perform additional duties as assigned. Responsibilities • Ensure timely and accurate logging of high school and college transcript coursework. Must keep up with weekly transcript goals to maximize efficiency and output without sacrificing quality of work. • This position requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and proficiency in data entry. Required Qualifications Must have access to a laptop or PC and a reliable internet connection. High school diploma or GED required. The successful candidate must be able to work effectively with minimal supervision, demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills, be professional, responsible, reliable, focused, great attention to detail, communicate clearly and effectively, learn quickly, follow instructions, respond positively to feedback, and remain focused while completing repetitive, assigned tasks. Preferred Qualifications 2 years (60 semester hours) of college credit, more than 3 years of clerical experience including significant experience with data entry of confidential information. Hourly Rate $20.00 Working Conditions • Attire: Jeans • Use of manual dexterity, Repetitive use of keyboard at a workstation Work Shift • Hours per week - 29 • Work Hours are from - 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. • Work is largely remote.
