Lab Technician

Job description

Perform basic laboratory techniques Maintain/calibrate equipment Prepare/wash glassware Receipt of consumables and lab stocking Clean and maintain lab spaces and other duties as assigned. Working with animals Work with a variety of chemicals for sanitation of lab equipment Assessing racks thoroughly during sanitation process for any maintenance required Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail High School Diploma, must be able to consistently lift 50 pounds, must be able to stand of your feet for a majority of the day, must be able to push and pull heavy objects Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies
