In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: - Lead talent acquisition strategies that attract and secure top talent aligned with business objectives. - Develop diverse sourcing channels and talent pipelines to support current and future workforce needs. - Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to drive efficient, high-quality hiring decisions. - Enhance recruiting effectiveness through data-driven analysis, performance measurement, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Ensure recruitment activities are executed in compliance with applicable laws, policies, and organizational standards. - Influence and coach stakeholders throughout the hiring process to strengthen talent outcomes and decision-making. - Strengthen Cummins’ employer brand through candidate engagement and strategic recruitment marketing efforts. - Drive cross-functional recruiting initiatives that improve candidate experience, operational efficiency, and business results.
