ABOUT THE ROLE: The Honeywell Technologies Building Automation Supply Chain Development Program offers a summer internship program for candidates in Supply Chain career paths. The summer intern program is designed to provide the candidate with a three-month project assignment that is related to their major. The program is created this way so candidates can gain a deep understanding of Honeywell Technologies end-to-end business as well as the importance of optimizing supply chain performance, driving operational excellence, and delivering value to customers. The candidate will work closely in coordinating efforts with Operations, Sourcing, Procurement, Planning, Logistics, Engineering, and Quality. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: - Guide strategic projects that drive improvements within the materials and supply chain teams - Attend leadership learning sessions with cross-functional business and ISC leaders to enhance understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes. - Participate in process improvement initiatives by evaluating workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending solutions to enhance supply chain operations. - Monitor and analyze key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, support decision-making, and drive operational improvements. Location: This position is available in multiple locations across the United States. The exact worksite location will be selected based on business requirements and the candidate’s relevant experience and qualifications. The hourly base salary range for this position is $21.00/hr - $36.00/hr. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
