What You Will Do • Organize transportation activities, including managing information accrued from point of origin to delivery, orchestrating transportation movements, and arranging for services as necessary. • Coordinate and certify shipments in accordance with 49 CFR, IATA, NISPOM, 32 CFR, AFMAN and the Defense Transportation Regulations. • Maintain traffic accountability records, oversee the delivery of classified shipments, and arrange disposal of surplus or obsolete material. • Prepare domestic and international shipping labels, Hazardous declarations, Bill of Laden, and airway bills for outbound movement. • Coordinate and track movement of goods through logistic pathways. • Execute logistics plan to move products and packages to reach destinations on schedule. • Prioritize daily workloads and maintain quality throughout the shipment process. • Communicate directly with internal and external customers. • You will work 1st shift. Qualifications You Must Have • Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. • Experience with shipping and packing hazardous materials for domestic and international movement. • US Citizen - Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
