You will work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional partners to deliver key projects, provide business insights, and support business priorities. This is an opportunity to contribute to high-impact initiatives while developing relationships across a broad range of teams and stakeholders. As a Finance & Business Management Associate in the Business Management team, you will support strategic initiatives, business analysis, executive communications, and project delivery across the organization. You will partner with stakeholders to develop presentations, support business decision-making, coordinate key activities, and help drive process improvements. You will also support business risk management and contribute to initiatives that improve efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. Job Responsibilities Provide a high level of responsiveness to executive ad hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysisOrganize complex information into strategic and compelling presentations, reports, and dashboards using advanced Excel and PowerPoint techniquesCreate wireframes and mock-ups for management presentations, reports, and dashboardsCommunicate with business partners to understand project objectives, drive next steps, and support executionProject manage and deliver key workstreams, initiatives, and business prioritiesIdentify business risks and support the implementation of mitigating controlsCoordinate team activities and prepare materials for town halls, leadership meetings, and strategy sessionsMaintain internal resources, documentation, and collaboration sites, including SharePointParticipate in cross-functional initiatives and identify opportunities to simplify, improve, and enhance existing business processes Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related fieldExperience in Business Management, Chief Operating Office, or a related roleExperience developing presentations, reporting, and executive communications for a variety of stakeholdersExperience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Pivot TablesAbility to manage and influence stakeholders across multiple teams and functionsExcellent communication, organizational, and project management skillsExperience presenting complex information in a clear and compelling mannerAbility to articulate rationale for design, reporting, and presentation decisionsStrong time management and prioritization skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple deliverables simultaneouslyExcellent written and verbal communication skills To be eligible for this role, you must be authorized to work in the United States.
