You’ll be partnering with the software engineers, quality engineering, and engineering program managers responsible for the system user experience by building the critical infrastructure and internal tools that drive our software diagnosis and triage efficiency. Minimum Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in software engineering, tooling, or infrastructure development Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field; 2 years of relevant professional experience may substitute for the educational requirement Preferred Qualifications: Effective and collaborative communication skills Proficiency in programming, with an emphasis on Python Experience with containerization, deployment, and orchestration Experience building and integrating with internal APIs, automation scripts, and CLI utilities Familiarity with software diagnosis, debugging, and triage workflows Ability to engage with and understand software triage workflows, utilizing that knowledge to build more effective, user-centric tools Proactive, self-motivated, and thoughtful in development and documentation Eagerness to learn new things and grow your skills on the job Experience with bug/issue ticketing systems is a plus We know that no single candidate will have expertise in every area listed above.
