As a Product Delivery Manager in Payments Data & Analytics organization, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way. Job responsibilitiesLead end to end Product Delivery and engagement model with Federated teams and create a frictionless onboarding experiencePartnering with Engineering Practice leads to create an agentic experience for onboarding and managing changes on the platformManage Roadmaps and articulation of benefits and business outcomesEnsure full understanding of new data sources being onboarded and how it intersects with broader Payments data and drive the introduction of new data productsLeads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordinationLeads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirementsEffectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain areaDemonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activitiesStrong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processesExperience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies Strong experience with End to End Software Delivery lifecycle (SDLC)Working understanding of Data Platforms and ETL PipelinesStakeholder & Client success management Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsProficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
