How you'll make an impact Review tender documents and identify customer requirements, scope, and expectations. Develop accurate and competitive quotations using cost analysis and market benchmarks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical, commercial, and operational inputs. Manage tender schedules and coordinate activities to ensure timely, high-quality submissions. Evaluate bid opportunities and support bid/no-bid decision-making processes. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to bids, contracts, and cost estimates. Maintain compliant documentation and perform quality reviews throughout the proposal process. Build positive customer relationships by clarifying requirements and supporting a seamless bid experience. Your background Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in tendering, bid management, proposal development, or quotation preparation. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical, commercial, and market data. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and tendering or CRM platforms. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
