Waldorf Astoria is looking for a Food and Beverage Manager to join the Leadership Team in Park City! With 150 rooms, 4,000 square feet of banquet space, and 3 food and beverage outlets, this award-winning Forbes 4-Star boutique property offers elevated comfort food inspired by mountain regions from around the world. Hotel Website, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the property’s signature dining, Powder, and In-Room Dining. You will report directly to our Assistant Director of Food and Beverage and oversee a team of 50 Front-of-House Team Members The ideal candidate will have at least 2–3 years of restaurant leadership experience and a proven ability to elevate all aspects of service and the overall guest experience. Previous experience in a Forbes-rated hotel or Michelin-recognized restaurant is strongly preferred. Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You Picture yourself brightening someone’s day.
