As a Silicon Program Manager within the Hardware Technology Engineering organization, you will be responsible for driving front-end silicon program schedules and resolving technical issues that enable on-time silicon. This is an individual contributor role, helping manage the development process for SOC silicon used in next-generation Apple products. The focus of this role is on the initial phases of architecture, specifications, design, and pre-silicon prototyping to initial samples. Interaction and coordination with post-silicon validation teams is also encouraged. Minimum Qualifications: BS + minimum of 3 years of relevant experience Requires experience in SoC/VLSI Chip Design, ASIC Chip Design, or Technology process development Experience working in a multifaceted engineering environment, strong at multi-tasking, and real-time crisis management Apply LLM tools and agentic frameworks (e.g., Claude Code) to streamline PM workflows; stay current on Apple's internal AI capabilities and support teammates in adopting relevant tools and best practices. Preferred Qualifications: Technical Program or Project Management or Functional Management experience Phenomenal leadership and interpersonal skills (Executive communication) Expertise owning and driving project development using well-defined metrics Experience working with ASIC & VLSI design flows and leading silicon projects from concept to production Programming language experience (Javascript, Python, Perl) Familiarity with project management tools (Confluence, JIRA)|
