Our Early Careers opportunities span a variety of business functions and may include placement within: NextGen Engineering Program (NEP) Building Early Careers Sales Training (BEST) Accelerated Commercial Excellence (ACE) Supply Chain & Operations Rotational Program (SCOR) Accounting & Finance Rotational Program (AFRP) Whether your interests are in engineering, sales, finance, accounting, supply chain, manufacturing, or operations, you'll gain meaningful experience while contributing to real business challenges that drive customer success and business growth. How you will do it Participate in structured development programs designed to build technical, business, and leadership capabilities. Complete rotational assignments, formal training, and hands-on learning experiences, depending on program placement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and strategic objectives. Develop expertise through project ownership, mentorship, and exposure to senior leaders. Analyze business challenges and contribute innovative solutions that improve customer outcomes. Build relationships across departments and functions to gain a broad understanding of Johnson Controls' global business.
