Senior or Lead Procurement Analyst Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior (Level 4) or Lead (Level 5) Procurement Analyst to join our Proprietary Supply Chain team in Hazelwood, Missouri to support our digital transformation. The successful candidate will help lead and oversee the movement and transformation of our existing tools within disparate systems into a fully digital ecosystem to help support programmatic decisions within our Supply Chain Leadership Team. This role encourages innovative thinking and creativity as well as cross-collaboration across multiple IPTs to be able to develop a holistic view of our performance within our program as a supply chain function. Position Responsibilities: Leads and oversees the development and deployment of process management plans in order to support our fully integrated supply chain digital ecosystem Establishes strategy for new processes and tools related to the design and deployment of program strategies, systems, tools, and projects for planning and procurement Oversees efforts to mitigate risk and resolve issues related to processes, projects, and procurement transactions Leads and oversees procurement plans for supply chain integration and procurement analysis This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. Shift: This position is for 1st shift. Security Clearance: This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. (An Interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post Start is required.) Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): More than 3 years of experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) More than 5 years of experience working with analytics, data and spreadsheets to build presentations and make recommendations? More than 5 years of experience supporting both internal and external customers across multiple disciplines Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Bachelor’s degree or higher Senior Level 4: More than 5 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Lead Level 5: More than 10 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Experience participating in analytics projects and initiatives across multiple functions and business units Experience using SQL Experience with Palantir Foundry Typical Education/Experience: Senior Level 4: Typically 10 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required. Lead Level 5: Typically 15 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
