You will oversee, plan and partner with multiple stakeholders to lead technology solution projects in support of the Talent Acquisition organization. Participating in creative development, you will ensure final output is on the mark. In addition, you will provide project management follow-through and accurate delivery including training, support and communication to global teams. Managing, prioritizing, and leading technical projects for automated solutions from inception to implementation. This involves creating functional specifications which reduce cost to the business and/or improve experience and productivity. Streamlining processes and tools to improve the candidate, hiring manager and recruiter experiences. Being a functional and technical expert by translating business requirements into agile user stories and resolving complex system questions. Conducting user testing and implementation for system enhancements. Developing content, training guides, and communications for Talent Acquisition teams regarding system functionality (e.g. changes and/or new features). Partnering with HRIS, IT and various cross functional teams for change management. What we’re looking for... You'll need to have: Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience. Four or more years of relevant work experience. Two or more years of experience in technical project management – preferably in software development or data management. Experience with Workday. Experience working with agile methodology. Experience hosting and facilitating meetings attended by stakeholders. Even better if you have: Bachelor’s degree. Experience with Workday Recruiting. Experience with Beamery or similar CRM, events and careers site platforms. Knowledge of web technologies and templates such as HTML5 and CSS3. Knowledge of agile tracking tools such as Atlassian Jira. Ability to influence and communicate with multiple stakeholders. Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills. Where you’ll be working In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours. The annual salary range for the location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $86,000.00 - $150,000.00.
