NOTE: This is a 10-week program that starts June 2027 Interns have the opportunity to interact with teams within EVERSANA MANAGEMENT CONSULTING to address critical strategic questions within the biopharmaceutical space. Our internship offers mentorship from dedicated team members in an entrepreneurial environment, while providing the opportunity to develop a deep understanding of the life sciences understanding. Interns are staffed like Associates on project teams, where primary responsibilities include the following: ACCOUNTABILITIES Supporting targeted secondary research (e.g., desk risk, secondary data analysis) and primary research (e.g., interviews with key opinion leaders / insurance payers) Synthesizing research insights to develop logical and effective client recommendations Developing high-quality client communications and deliverables (e.g., PowerPoint slides, Excel models) Communicating verbal and written information in logical, clear, and concise fashion Contributing to the development of the firm’s capabilities and infrastructure Supporting the development of a high-performance culture Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position. Motivated individuals enrolled in a full-time MBA or PhD program with an interest in Life Science Consulting and/or the biopharmaceutical industry A strong passion for—and understanding of dynamics and issues in—the pharma and biotech industries Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT: The physical and mental requirements along with the work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an individual encounters while performing the essential functions of this position. Office: While performing the essential functions of this job the employee is frequently required to reach, grasp, stand and/or sit for long periods of time (up to 90% of the shift), walk, talk and hear; occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately quiet, with frequent interruptions and multiple demands.
