As a Manager, Compensation Technology, you will partner with our business leaders to attract, retain, and develop Hilton's most important asset, our Team Members. On the Global HR team reporting to the Director, Global HCM Platform, you will support projects including Oracle HCM compensation capabilities, compensation reporting, integrations, release testing, and technical documentation.
