Job description

Write and test product or system development code. Participate in, or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders to decide amongst available technologies. Review code developed by other developers and provide feedback to ensure best practices (e.g., style guidelines, checking code in, accuracy, testability, and efficiency). Contribute to existing documentation or educational content and adapt content based on product/program updates and user feedback. Triage product or system issues and debug/track/resolve by analyzing the sources of issues and the impact on hardware, network, or service operations and quality. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages. 3 years of experience with developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems or networks, or experience with compute technologies or storage. Experience programming in Go. Experience across the following: Cloud, Cloud Pub/Sub, Distributed Systems, Spanner. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field. Experience designing agent execution runtimes or LLM frameworks, stateful session steering, and token/budget guardrails. Deep expertise in Go, building high-throughput, concurrent microservices, and optimizing system performance under heavy enterprise workloads. Expertise architecting scalable event ingestion/dispatch pipelines using GCP Pub/Sub, Eventarc, and Cloud Run, leveraging CEL filters and CloudEvents v1.0 standards. Proven ability designing multi-tenant systems with strict data isolation, zero standing permissions (ZSP), short-lived credential delegation (eVouchers), and pluggable authentication (HMAC, OIDC).
