Reporting to the Associate Director, Contracts and Supply Chain, the Contract Manager’s primary responsibility will be to support both the Commercial and Supply Chain teams. The main aspects of the role will include negotiations, maintenance, management and administration of Commercial Terms and Conditions, Supply Chain Contracts and contractual flow downs, teaming agreements, non-disclosure agreements and other documents or agreements as required and related to other functions, such as Digital Technology, Health & Safety and Human Resources. Other duties include reviewing RFQ and Gate packages to confirm compliance with relevant proposals, and Raytheon guidelines. What You Will Do: Review, modify and ensure that any Proposal, SOW or other such documents to be signed by Contracts, abide by Raytheon standards, published policies and procedures and are consistent with ELCAN delegations and Gate approvals. Review, negotiate and complete mutual Terms and Conditions and ensure they comply with the Raytheon Term Guide and other associated policies and procedures as published by Raytheon Technologies. Lead the corporate approval process in cases where terms deviate from Raytheon standards. Attend RFQ kick-off meetings and ensure Contracts is being as proactive as possible in ensuring compliance with ELCAN delegations and current policies and procedures. Help manage the Subcontracting process to ensure customer contract flow downs (FAR/DFARS and other customer requirements) are effectively flowed down to supplier/subcontractor contracts. Help lead procedural changes to existing company work instructions to best reflect an ever changing industry and customer requirements. Review and approve purchase orders and amendments to ensure compliance with Terms and Conditions and Proposals as required. Support Associate Director, Contracts and Supply Chain with weekly, monthly and other reporting requirements and assist the other members in the Contracts Team when required. Coordinate with Product and Program Management to ensure contract documentation is properly maintained in Product Center as required. Assist in maintaining supplemental agreements such as non-disclosure agreements, bailment agreements, MOUs, etc. as required. Liaising with Product Managers, Program Managers, Finance, Supply Chain and other internal functions when required to resolve issues relating to Contracts, Terms and Conditions, and administrative requirements as necessary. Exhibits ability to follow company policies, rules and regulations. Willingness to comply with all pertinent Raytheon Environmental, Health, & Safety, organizational directives, instructions and other applicable programs. Qualifications You Must Have: Post-Secondary education in Contracts, Business Administration or related field. Must be able to obtain and maintain Level 2 Secret security clearance. Computer proficiency, experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Experience using business operations software such as Product Center or LN. Knowledge of DFARS/FAR regulations, ITAR requirements, Export compliance, FCPA and Anti-Corruption is an asset. Experience leading the drafting, review and negotiation of Contracts related to Sales and Supply Chain. Experience with subcontracting processes and familiarity with flow down management a definite asset. Detail oriented, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
