Location SAINT LOUIS, MO 63110 Scheduled Hours 40 Position Summary Provide data services to staff and faculty. This position is responsible for data management across the Ryan White Part C/D network of providers to ensure all of Ryan White initiative data are comprehensive and complete. This position is responsible for maintaining compliance with data reporting requirements for the Ryan White Part C and D grants, as well as other federal, state, local, and private grants. The position is responsible for data collection and cleaning to ensure the accurate completion of progress reports and data reporting. These activities support high-quality data needed by programmatic leadership to make informed, data-driven decisions. The position also assists with the preparation of data for the annual Ryan White Program Services Report (RSR). The Data Coordinator will actively assist the Quality and Evaluation team to meet all expected quality improvement activities, including performance measurement, for federal funding compliance and clinic improvement. The position will also collect, clean, validate and aggregate data for the WashU PrEP program. Job Description Primary Duties & Responsibilities: • Develop and analyze database reports and summaries of data, reviewing accuracy of data with staff to resolve • Complete data management, specifically the collection, cleaning and validation of data, for the Ryan White Federal • Program reporting, for competitive and continuation grant applications, and for other public, private, and • foundation grants. • Apply data manipulation methods to Epic reports to collect medical and social services data, prepare data for upload to the shared • statewide data system, and clean the data. • Assess data information systems to identify data entry errors and missing data, implement data scrubbing, manual data corrections, • and help as needed the staff responsible for data entry to correct these issues. • Leverage Python, SQL, and other data processing technologies to automate data collection, cleaning, integration, and analysis • activities, producing accurate datasets, and analytical outputs that support organizational reporting and data-driven decisionmaking. • Collect, clean, and aggregate performance measures for quality improvement and specific programs (e.g., retention. • Collect and clean annual patient experience survey data. • Provide cleaned data to team members to support the completion of progress reports, data reports, and data presentations • (Examples include the multi-year data summary, along with several progress reports, data reports, and other program information • required by funding sources and clinic quality improvement). • Assist the Quality and Evaluation team in Quality Improvement collaborative interactions, activities, and initiatives for the entire Part • C/D network, as well as evaluation of network-wide programs. • Assist with additional data projects Working Conditions:Job Location/Working ConditionsNormal office environment.Position works remotely; however, occasional onsite presence will be required: On the medical school campus/TAB, TABEX, or larger meetings at MPRB or Moore Building.
