Job Title: Lead, Product Management Job Description: The Role: Entegris is seeking a highly motivated individual for a Lead Specialist, Product Manager role for our wet etch and cleans filtration SBU, where we deliver purity solutions to our most advanced customers. What You'll Do: Drive product revenue and profitability by assessing and understanding customer needs, developing business cases, providing customer perspective to internal development and operations teams, developing and aligning product roadmaps, and executing new product launches. Provide end-to-end leadership of existing products through all phases of the products’ lifecycle. Create business cases for sound decision making. Play a critical role in building and contributing to New Product Development and New Product Introduction strategies and execution, bringing teams through stage-gate processes following Product Management Committee Governance. Engage and drive a diverse team of people including highly technical scientists and engineers, sales, quality, and operations personnel. Utilize pricing models and projections to monitor and understand the internal manufacturing environment; make decisions that ensure competitive pricing, protect market position, and support gross margin goals. Analyze purchasing trends, forecast customer needs, and provide input to establish planned inventory levels across various locations. Collaborate with other Business Unit functions to deliver the product portfolio revenue and margin targets. What We Seek: Required Skills Technical depth (materials engineering, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, etc.) Operations & financial fluency (cost, margin, supply chain) Cross-functional collaboration (Sales, Ops, Eng.) Business/financial acumen (P&L, ROI) Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, preferably supporting wet etch or cleans unit processes as a process or equipment engineer. Bachelor’s degree (engineering preferred) Preferred Qualifications > 5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, preferably supporting wet etch or cleans unit processes as a process or equipment engineer. 1-2 years Product Management or Product Marketing experience P&L management experience WHY WORK AT ENTEGRIS?
