As a Senior Associate Marketing Strategist with Chase Auto, you will lead marketing initiatives to accelerate growth across paid channels. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to strategize audience targeting, channel approaches, and creative execution. Your expertise in digital marketing and analytics will be instrumental in developing impactful, evidence-based campaigns that support brand awareness, consideration, and new customer growth. Job Responsibilities - Paid Channel Leadership: Lead paid search execution for Auto campaigns (manage budgets, optimize keywords, and track performance), and launch and optimize auto-focused campaigns across social, affiliate, and emerging digital platforms. - Growth Segment Activation: Develop and activate messaging strategies for identified growth segments; track segment performance and recommend adjustments. - Strategy Development: Develop marketing strategies aligned to Auto business objectives, build deep understanding of customer segments and needs, and support ongoing strategy execution and refinement. - Competitive Intelligence: Monitor and analyze competitor activity in digital channels, including campaign launches, channel mix, and segment targeting/offers. - Strategic Analysis & Reporting: Utilize data and analytics to support forecasting, performance assessment, test results, and profitability; identify trends and recommend optimizations. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate across a matrixed organization to influence partners, build consensus, and drive effective audience targeting, channel strategies, and creative execution. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills - 5+ years in marketing, with expertise in search - Skilled at managing multiple projects and timelines - Analytical, creative problem-solver who uses data to diagnose issues and optimize outcomes - Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with numerous stakeholders across a range of functional areas and teams - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills - Experience working in highly matrixed organization - Financial services or automotive industry knowledge/experience is a plus - Social and/or affiliate marketing experience is a plus - Ability to promote a strong control environment and adhere to procedures, while maintaining a customer-first mindset
