Job Summary: We are looking for a talented Talent Acquisition Change & Capability Coordinator to join our Cummins Inc. team in Indianapolis, IN. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: - Coordinate global Talent Acquisition training schedules and learning forums to strengthen team capability and consistency. - Drive tracking and communication of change initiatives, enabling successful adoption across TA teams. - Maintain accurate learning and training records, providing insights that support informed decision-making. - Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to improve processes and enhance Talent Acquisition effectiveness. - Contribute data-driven analysis and reporting that identifies trends, measures effectiveness, and supports continuous improvement. - Facilitate knowledge sharing by maintaining resources, documenting learnings, and promoting best practices across teams.
