NBCUniversal’s StudioPost department is looking for a Post-Production Planning Coordinator! In this role, you will support the day-to-day scheduling operations for the Picture Department’s Color, Edit, VFX, QC, and Client Services teams across TV and Mastering projects. Responsibilities include working with clients to schedule picture services; serving as a liaison between Picture clients and StudioPost staff; proactively confirming client service needs for the Picture Department; maintaining Picture Department schedules in ScheduAll; and coordinating remote playbacks. What You’ll Do: Manage picture department booking needs for TV and mastering projects Work with operations and talent to identify available services for incoming projects Confirm bookings and negotiate available session dates with clients Coordinate special requests with clients Coordinate remote playbacks with clients and engineering Develop working relationships with talent Communicate frequently with talent regarding their schedules Track talent availability Manage and update resources in ScheduAll Project month-end and quarter-end financial reconciliation for Finance Department Review and approve pre-bills for department services and overages Maintain status reports for TV and mastering projects Field high volume of phone calls and emails Attend meetings as needed Assist department with special projects Let’s Talk About You… Juggler – You know how to manage multiple tasks and priorities and move them all along effectively while keeping stakeholders updating and informed Tech-savvy – You are an MS Office whiz and can take on new software with ease Customer Service Champion – No request is too big or too small, you put customers and our people first Communicates with ease – You have a way with words; written and verbal Impeccable attention to detail – You bring customer requests to life by organizing the team’s daily work plans and scheduling commitments. The studio operations team will excel with your keen attention to work due dates and schedule commitments What You Must Have: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education or experience in post-production picture finishing 3+ years of experience in post-production scheduling, operations or producing 2+ years of experience with scheduling programs (i.e. ScheduleAll) What Would Make You a Stand-out: Strong organizational skills Desire to work in fast-paced and dynamic environments Solution-oriented approach Team player Strong interpersonal skills with focus on teamwork and client satisfaction Additional Requirements: Required On-Site: This position is required to be performed full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite.
