Join a team of business managers supporting the Corporate Controllers organization, where you will partner closely with senior leaders to drive strategic initiatives, business performance, and operational effectiveness. You will play an important role in business planning, executive communications, financial management, and organizational priorities. This is a highly visible opportunity to help drive change, improve processes, and contribute to key initiatives across the Controllers organization. As a Business Manager, Vice President in the Corporate Controllers organization, you will support strategic planning, financial management, executive reporting, and business operations for the Corporate Sector Controllers team. You will partner with senior leadership to manage budgets and forecasts, coordinate business priorities, support organizational communications, and drive key business initiatives. You will help strengthen connectivity across teams, monitor progress against objectives, and support the execution of strategic goals. Job Responsibilities Manage and analyze team financials and headcount, including budget planning, multi-year forecasting, and business reviewsLead the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting that support business planning and decision-makingOrganize town halls and manage communications related to key initiatives, priorities, and deliverablesPrepare executive presentations and coordinate cross-team deliverables, including ad hoc project management supportBuild and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders across Business Management, Control Management, Finance, and related teamsLead business resiliency planning activities to support execution of an effective resiliency frameworkTrack progress against business priorities and prepare mid-year and year-end summaries of team accomplishmentsSupport strategic initiatives and business transformation efforts by coordinating activities, reporting, and follow-up actionsDevelop executive-ready materials that communicate business performance, priorities, and opportunities Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field5 years of professional experience in business management, finance, operations, or a related fieldExperience preparing presentations, reporting, and materials for senior stakeholdersStrong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality deliverablesAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage competing prioritiesStrong business judgment and ability to handle sensitive information appropriatelyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsExperience in Business Management or Chief Operating Office functionsIntermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and WordExperience leading or supporting project management initiatives To be eligible for this role, you must be authorized to work in the United States.
