Minimum Qualifications: Master‘s degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Circuits and Systems, or related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Experience and/or education must include: Characterizing and validating high-speed serial interfaces (e.g., PCIe, USB, OIF, Ethernet). Executing bring-up and validation of SerDes links across multiple protocols. Performing link margining, eye diagram analysis, and jitter tolerance testing using real-time and sampling oscilloscopes, BERTs, and pattern generators. Developing and maintaining automation scripts for high-volume SerDes testing to streamline data collection and analysis. Implementing data visualization pipelines to summarize BER, eye height/width, and adaptation results across sweeps and temperature conditions. Building machine learning models to predict BER trends or optimize equalization parameters using lab data. Utilizing experience in Signal integrity and familiar with the Vector network analyzer. Facilitating automation using Python. Implementing Machine learning and AI-based optimization. Performing RTL coding and creating RTL scripts for testing. Preferred Qualifications: n/a
