Apple's Legal organization safeguards that innovation and the culture behind it, and our Labor & Employment Law team sits at the center of how Apple treats its people worldwide. We're looking for an employment attorney to join this team and provide practical, day-to-day legal support on the issues that matter most to a global workforce. Minimum Qualifications: 5+ years of relevant legal experience in labor and employment law Solid working knowledge of federal and state labor and employment laws and regulations (including ADA, ADEA, FMLA, FLSA, NLRA, etc.) JD or equivalent degree, with admission to at least one US state bar Preferred Qualifications: Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to explain legal concepts clearly to non-legal audiences Strong client relationship skills and a collaborative approach to working with HR and management Prior experience supporting management or HR teams directly Comfort working through ambiguous situations without established precedent A sense of humor and an unwavering commitment to professionalism
