Job description

Act as the main interface connecting Engineering, Legal, Legal and Risk Engineering (LRE), and external system integrators. Prepare and present program statuses, technical roadmaps, and risk registers for alignment with Director and VP-level sponsors. Lead strategic discovery workshops to define core business requirements, and translate them into structured sprint plans for the execution teams. Partner with the ServiceNow CoE Platform Services team to unblock critical dependencies, such as native Google integrations, document intake endpoints, and dashboarding. Monitor project financials and statements of work (SOWs) alongside external vendors to ensure deliverables meet on-time and on-budget milestones.
