Job description

Identify high-value opportunities and explore net-new product innovations that drive ecosystem growth and seamlessness by addressing emerging user needs across platforms and products. Take ownership of early-stage, ambiguous concepts and rapidly turn them into living, high-fidelity, interactive prototypes. Articulate design positions and challenge partners with new product design thinking utilizing excellent storytelling skills. Facilitate the innovation process through creative workshops, utilizing design thinking methods to align cross-functional and cross-product area partners behind a shared outlook. Partner across UX teams to drive these strategic directions into concrete launches and landings. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 6 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design. Experience in visual design, prototyping, and creating presentations. Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions). Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 3 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization, including facilitating workshops using design thinking methodologies. 2 years of experience leading design projects and creating scalable design frameworks. Experience utilizing AI-assisted design workflows and tools to generate functional prototypes. Experience in motion design or working in an agency design environment.
