The Opportunity As a Senior Business Architect, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior business and technology leaders, helping shape and deliver AI-powered business transformation strategies. You will work across customers, account teams, engineers, consultants, and solution specialists to identify high-value opportunities, build transformation roadmaps, design operating models, and ensure AI investments are aligned to measurable business outcomes. By bridging business priorities and technology capabilities, you will help organizations successfully navigate change and realize the full potential of AI. This role is ideal for experienced business transformation leaders, strategists, and consultants who are passionate about AI, thrive in complex environments, and enjoy partnering with executives to solve meaningful business challenges. Responsibilities - Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, account teams, and leadership on AI-driven business transformation. - Lead executive discussions, workshops, and strategy engagements focused on business outcomes and value realisation. - Develop transformation roadmaps, operating models, business cases, and value frameworks aligned to customer priorities. - Shape opportunities by connecting business challenges with Microsoft's AI, Copilot, and agentic capabilities. - Collaborate across sales, delivery, engineering, and product teams to ensure successful transformation outcomes. - Develop reusable thought leadership, methodologies, and assets that accelerate customer value. - Mentor colleagues, share expertise, and contribute to the growth of the Business Architecture community.
