The Opportunity Support the procurement and delivery of visual merchandising materials, POS materials, campaign materials, VM props and gifts with purchase (GWP) across POP MART Europe. Play a key coordination role in ensuring purchasing requirements are processed accurately and delivered in line with campaign launches, store openings and commercial priorities. Work closely with Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Retail, E-commerce and Merchandising teams to understand purchasing requirements and coordinate orders across different European markets. Manage purchase orders from initial request through to delivery, maintaining accurate records and proactively following up on outstanding actions. Build effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to help ensure materials are delivered on time and to the required specifications. The Role and Candidate This is a hands-on coordination role within the Visual Merchandising, Europe team, supporting the procurement and delivery of materials required for POP MART's retail, marketing and visual merchandising activities. Working closely with the Head of Visual Merchandising Europe and teams across Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Retail, E-commerce and Merchandising, you will be responsible for coordinating purchase orders for VM props, POS materials, campaign materials, gifts with purchase and other related items across European
