Job description

Direct day-to-day campus operations and manage third-party Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) suppliers to ensure high-quality service delivery, efficiency, and end-to-end operational accountability. Lead occupancy planning and space projects by partnering with stakeholders, analyzing business needs, and executing on-time deliveries that optimize the employee experience. Align cross-functionally with REWS, Audio Visual (AV), and engineering partners to drive consistency, solve complex portfolio needs, and maintain integrated service delivery. Deliver proactive customer service by identifying occupant needs and translating them into seamless workplace environments that maximize overall user experience. Advocate an AI-first culture by adopting enterprise tools and leveraging AI to streamline workflows and improve service execution.
