Job description

Offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution. Lead efforts to improve organizational health by monitoring trends and metrics related to new, undefined, or multi-dimensional problems, maintaining a pulse on the culture, speaking truth to leadership, and sponsoring a workforce and environment where all Googlers are treated with respect and have equal opportunity to succeed. Build strong relationships with leaders and provide sound HR guidance on future or undefined problems, balancing client, business, and company needs against risks, with a focus on People consequences and reactions. Serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader within the client organization, advising several Vice Presidents (VPs) across many countries and job families in the development of People Plans. Provide insightful data to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions.
