Role Responsibilities • Define and lead delivery of enterprise-wide solutions on behalf of our clients, managing teams of experienced architects, developers and technical consultants. • Partner with our clients to translate high level business and technology goals into roadmaps, technology architecture and operating models. • Present to senior or executive client audiences on content-rich topics, while also explaining industry challenges and complex content areas simply, developing understanding in others. • Support our clients in defining and delivering data, technology and resource strategy to meet their business goals. • Use your knowledge of the vendor and tool landscape, both within our client’s technology stacks and the broader market to support definition of the stack across technology and data. • Define and socialize architectural standards within Alpha and at our clients for your areas of expertise. • Input to project definition, resourcing and timelines and objectives within large scale or multiple projects. • Lead project team meetings and communicate effectively with internal and client peers, architects, system analysts, business analysts, project managers, quality control, and across other technology team boundaries, reporting project status as required. • Lead Alpha’s internal IP accelerator development, across multiple areas of expertise. • Take a lead in mentoring and coaching team members.
