Per Scholas preferred hires reside within the following states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, MD, MA, MI, MO, NC, NJ, NY, OH, PA, TX, WA Reports to: Senior Director of Enterprise Operations & Enablement Department: Enterprise Talent Solutions Location: Remote Position Summary The Senior Associate of Enterprise Operations & Enablement provides critical operational support for our customer-facing teams, leadership, and key external stakeholders. This is a highly execution-focused role centered on day-to-day project coordination, process implementation, and logistical support. The Senior Associate will play a critical part in key projects under the guidance of leadership, and provide support for other departmental workstreams. This unique, cross-functional role is responsible for supporting the daily execution of our internal business enablement initiatives and maintaining our tech stack. Additionally, this role features an externally-facing component focused on relationship coordination and experience management for an external advisory board. The ideal candidate is an organized, coachable, and proactive doer who can seamlessly shift between internal data auditing and professional external stakeholder coordination. This role benefits from direct interaction, mentorship, and coaching from multiple high-level leaders. Primary Responsibilities Internal & External Business Enablement • Advisory Board Coordination: Support the advisor experience by coordinating activities and tracking member engagement under the guidance of leadership. • Program Delivery Support: Assist in updating and delivering business development training and enablement content based on established methodologies and instructional designs. Conduct 1-1 training sessions to optimize technology usage. • Technology & LMS Administration: Handle the day-to-day administration, user provisioning, and adoption tracking for enablement technologies (including LinkedIn tools, prospecting software, LMS, and support with CRMs). • SOP & Policy Documentation: Assist in documenting and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); support the operational rollout and practical training of these workflows to end users. Account Management Coordination • Meeting Logistics & Minutes: Prep agendas, schedule, and record meeting notes from internal account review sessions. Account management leadership will use this to lead the meetings, map out immediate action items, and follow up with task owners to ensure accountability. • CRM Hygiene & Auditing: Perform daily data entry within Salesforce and Apollo in support of external activity tracking. • Referral Tracking: Administrate the internal lead referral program, including tracking opportunity progress and incentives. Reporting & Content Creation • Data Compilation: Pull weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports to track courseware usage, enablement tool engagement, and key performance trends. • Collateral & Slide Deck Development: Support the design of polished, well-formatted presentation decks for leadership reviews, advisory board meetings, and training sessions. Collaborate with marketing on external collateral creation. Required Skills & Qualifications • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a client-facing or high-level administrative support role where managing external relationships was a requirement; exposure to standard B2B sales cycles and account management principles; meeting facilitation and public speaking skills. • Data Management: Solid intermediate to advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, pivot tables) with a keen eye for finding trends and auditing errors. • Professional Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor; comfortable interacting with individuals of diverse backgrounds and experience levels • Organization & Adaptability: Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to stay flexible, manage multiple daily tasks on deadline, and adapt to changing priorities. Nice to Haves • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required. More weight is placed on a demonstrated history of delivering tangible operational outcomes. • Technology: Familiarity with any of the following: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Talent Insights, Apollo, Litmos LMS, Salesforce, and HubSpot. • Project Coordination: A proven track record of managing multi-departmental tasks and deliverables while keeping timelines on schedule. • Enablement: Previous exposure to sales enablement, sales operations, or sales support environments. • Sector Exposure: Experience with or an understanding of non-profit operations is a plus. LI# Remote For this role specifically, we are targeting a salary range of $55,000- $65,000/year. The salary difference is typically determined by several factors, including the geography where the selected candidate resides and alignment with qualifications and exp
