Position: Influencer Marketing Intern Location: Jersey City, NJ Term: Fall Semester Schedule: Part-time; flexible around class schedulesWe are seeking a motivated college student to join our team as an Influencer Marketing Intern for the fall semester. This role is ideal for a student interested in digital marketing, social media, brand partnerships, and creator strategy.The intern will support the day-to-day execution of influencer marketing initiatives, helping identify relevant creators, coordinate campaigns, track performance, and ensure partnerships are organized and effective.ResponsibilitiesResearch and identify influencers, creators, and social-media partners aligned with our target audience and brand goals.Assist with influencer outreach, communication, onboarding, and relationship management.Help coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, content approvals, and tracking links.Monitor influencer content across social-media platforms and confirm that deliverables are completed on time.Maintain organized campaign trackers, creator databases, and performance reports in Excel or Google Sheets.Support analysis of campaign results, including engagement, reach, traffic, conversions, and audience quality.Stay current on social-media trends, emerging platforms, creator content styles, and competitor activity.Assist with internal presentations, campaign recaps, and general marketing projects as needed.QualificationsCurrently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, Advertising, or a related field.Strong interest in influencer marketing, social media, digital content, and brand partnerships.Familiarity with platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once.Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office, particularly Google Sheets or Excel.Ability to analyze basic campaign metrics and translate findings into clear recommendations.Previous internship, campus organization, social-media management, or creator-partnership experience is a plus, but not required.What You’ll GainHands-on experience supporting real influencer and brand-partnership campaigns.Exposure to creator sourcing, outreach, campaign execution, performance reporting, and relationship management.Mentorship from marketing and partnership professionals.Practical experience using the tools, workflows, and reporting methods used in modern influencer marketing.A strong foundation for future roles in digital marketing, brand partnerships, social media, or advertising.
