LOUIS, MO 63108 Scheduled Hours 40 Position Summary Provides administrative assistance and office support the Obstetrics & Gynecology Department Business office, including the Office of the Chair and Vice Chair of Faculty Development. Job Description Primary Duties & Responsibilities: • Administrative Assistant to the Executive Director. • Functions as back up to the Assistant to the Chair in times of absence. • Works with the Vice Chair of Faculty Development, responsible for the administration of faculty Grand Rounds and Professional Development Series (PDS) as well as the appointments & Promotions process. • Anticipates and prepares materials as well as the coordination of various programs, meetings, appointments, etc as well as participates in the facilitation of meetings as required of position. • Prepares special reports, summaries, or replies to inquiries, assists with administrative details, often of a confidential nature. • May assist with budgetary, operational or related projects, process expenditures, assist with space projects and planning. • May provide support related to faculty recruitment. • Monitors and assists with guests and daily operations of administrative suite. • Other duties as assigned.
