Senior Product Manager, Youtube Ads Ranking User Quality

Job description

Define and own the product goals, strategy, and roadmap for YouTube’s User Quality ranking systems to enhance user satisfaction and achieve business goals. Partner deeply with Engineering and Data Science teams to conceptualize, develop, and refine ranking models, auction dynamics, and recommendation algorithms. Lead complex technical execution to build and deploy next-generation machine learning and predictive engagement models across YouTube surfaces. Drive metrics and experimentation by defining key performance indicators and designing A/B tests to evaluate changes and guide data-driven decisions. Collaborate cross-functionally and communicate complex ranking concepts, product plans, and experiment impacts to leadership and partner teams.
