We’re looking for an experienced, hands‑on Senior Test Systems Technician to support, repair, and maintain a wide range of electrical and electro‑mechanical test equipment that keeps our facility running at peak performance. What You Will Do In this role, you’ll be a go‑to expert supporting critical test equipment and operational systems. Your work will include: • Perform troubleshooting, repair, overhaul, and preventive maintenance on electrical and electro‑mechanical test systems • Execute advanced fabrication, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance activities across a wide array of electrical and electromechanical equipment. • Perform detailed diagnostics using oscilloscopes, multimeters, function generators/specialized electronic test instruments, and other advanced test hardware; isolate faults down to the component level using schematics and technical prints. • Drive component-level corrective actions, including identifying required replacement parts, sourcing or ordering components, and validating corrective work through functional testing. • Develop and refine maintenance procedures, repair instructions, and troubleshooting workflows that improve equipment uptime and repeatability. • Learn and operate all assigned test machines; perform maintenance and repair of pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, electromechanical, and electrical subsystems to ensure test station availability. • Efficiently configure and instrument test stations according to engineering or divisional specifications, ensuring test integrity and compliance.
