This role offers hands-on exposure to the product lifecycle, enabling interns to contribute to initiatives that enhance advisor workflows, improve platform capabilities, and drive meaningful business outcomes. Successful candidates bring a structured, user-centric approach to understanding advisor needs, identifying process inefficiencies, and supporting the development of solutions that create value for both advisors and their clients. They are strong communicators who can translate complex concepts into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders alike. With a foundation in data analysis and problem-solving, they are comfortable leveraging data to inform recommendations and support product decision-making. Responsibilities: Analyze and map advisor workflows to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced user experiences (e.g., client onboarding, account management, portfolio rebalancing). Evaluate product and feature adoption metrics, uncover insights, and recommend enhancements that improve advisor engagement and efficiency. Create, update, and refine product documentation, user guides, and training materials to support advisor understanding and adoption. Assist with product delivery activities, including backlog refinement, user story development, acceptance criteria creation, and defect triage. Collaborate with product managers, technology teams, designers, and business stakeholders to support product initiatives and ongoing enhancements. Participate in product demos, testing activities, feedback sessions, and continuous improvement efforts. Conduct research and analysis to support product strategy, roadmap planning, and operational decision-making. What are we looking for? Requirements: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, management information systems (MIS), business, finance, economics, or a related field.
