What you'll do Assist the operations team with daily support tasks, including backend configuration, content collation, and data statistics; Participate in the preparation and execution of events; Help organize operation documents, knowledge bases, and internal collaboration tools; Assist in drafting and proofreading operation copy, announcements, and event descriptions in both Chinese and English (preference given to candidates with strong English reading and writing skills); Complete other operations support tasks as assigned by supervisors; Collect industry trends, competitor information, and user feedback. What you'll need Basic understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrency, and the Web3 ecosystem; active participation in Web3 communities is a plus; Strong communication skills, sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and team spirit; Experience in event execution is preferred; Good English reading and writing skills; Preference given to candidates who can intern for the long-term and on a stable basis.
