MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT As a Quality Assurance Manager supporting CIS, you will play a critical role in ensuring consistency, reliability, and excellence of enterprise engineering, operations, and tech refresh services. You will lead efforts to evaluate performance, improve processes, strengthen governance, and ensure services meet established quality standards, performance measures, and strategic objectives. Your work directly elevates service delivery, drives operational improvements, and supports a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement across a large, complex enterprise. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Lead quality assurance activities across engineering, operations, and tech refresh services, ensuring alignment with program objectives, service levels, and performance standards • Develop, monitor, and report on performance metrics, KPIs, and quality measures to identify gaps, assess trends, and drive continuous improvement • Support enterprise planning, governance, and oversight activities, including audits, evaluations, program reviews, and compliance checks • Coordinate with leadership, project managers, and service owners to implement process improvements, strengthen documentation, and ensure quality throughout the service lifecycle • Provide quality assurance for scheduling, coordination, lifecycle planning, and management activities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with program requirements • Contribute to risk management, readiness assessments, and strategic reviews to support informed decision making and high-quality service delivery WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED: • EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field, or 10+ years of relevant IT experience in lieu of a degreeCLEARANCE: Active TS/SCI clearance with PolygraphExperience performing quality assurance or quality management in largescale IT, engineering, or operations environments Ability to analyze performance metrics, evaluate trends, and identify improvement opportunities Strong understanding of ITIL, ITSM, or similar service management frameworks Experience supporting enterprise governance, compliance, risk management, or continuous improvement initiatives Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse technical teams US citizenship requiredLOCATION: OnsiteGDIT IS YOUR PLACE At GDIT, the mission is our purpose, and our people are at the center of everything we do. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
