The Salesforce Analyst II partners with business stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements and automation to enhance productivity and ROI, while defining and documenting business requirements. They deliver solutions using Salesforce tools (e.g., flows, validation rules, Lightning components), support testing, and ensure data security and compliance.
